Description: Otago Land Use February 2022 uses a number of datasets to inform the use of the land parcel. AgriBase is the main data source for the agricultural land in the region; Rates_2022 – internal ratings information informs the majority of the urban land uses. DOC and QEII records the land parcels under protection for conservation. Other land cover layers (LCDB v5 & LUCAS) are used as a proxy for land use when no other land use information can be found.This version of the Property Land Use layer has been exploded and then dissolved on the land use type and any features under 25m2 have been removed as they appear to be unintentional slithers from the creation of this layer.
