It covers</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>all scenarios </SPAN><SPAN>and locations </SPAN><SPAN>investigated in the storm surge modelling study carried out in 2008</SPAN><SPAN> by NIWA for the ORC</SPAN><SPAN>.
